Miscellaneous. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without respect to its conflict of laws provisions. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under these Terms of Use shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within the State of Maryland. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are the complete and entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral.
